Until we meet again.
All in all, I'd rather be in Colorado! I really don't feel like going to TX, would much rather be spending a week fishing in the Rockies of Southern Colorado. But, what ya gonna do!!
I will be leaving early this afternoon, wanted to get one last post in before then. Again, not sure how long I will be gone, but if I can post from there I will - otherwise as soon as I get back.
I don't know if 7 days worth of NS meals are enough, but then I got to thinking about the availability of a microwave. I have no idea about the place I'm staying and what they have available. Guess I might have to make treks to the 7-11 to use theirs. :) I'm sure they will be happy about that.
Today is actually the beginning of week 7, Day 44 on NS and I've been 100%. I haven't made my 1800 calories in..... well, I can't remember the last time. I never thought it would be so difficult for me to eat. I'm just not hungry. (insert Twilight Zone theme here). This has really been a very good program for me. I'm hoping the low gly diet is what's making my appetite so poor. If that's the case, I'm sorry I didn't do NS a long time ago. I have quite a ways to go, so I'm sure I will be a NS client for some time.
I'm off!! Be good, be healthy and be safe. See ya when I get back!!!

Michael - When I first start Nutrisystem I was never hungry and I could not get all of my food in either. Since I had "only" a hundred pounds to lose I didn't have the extra foods to add either. Even now I rarely eat all of the food, but I do allow myself substitutions instead (say some sugar-free jelly beans in place of an exchange I didn't have) - so now I am eating about 1800 calories per day compared to when I started when I was eating between 1100 and 1500 (depending upon the day).
Have fun (if that's possible) in Texas, hopefully there will be a microwave available for you and hopefully your stay will be confined to under a week.
Try to make the most of it. Texas isn't all bad. As for not being hungry, I went through that for quite some time. It fades at some point (really can't remember when) but even now I don't or can't just "pig out". If you can't find a way to eat the food, just try and make smart choices. Good luck and try to enjoy yourself.
